Commander Roy is a minor character in the second season of the TV Series. He serves as a Commander in the Republic of Gilead, as well as (presumably) being a member of the Sons of Jacob. He has an unnamed Wife and is the head of the third household in which Emily is enslaved as a Handmaid.

"The Last Ceremony"[]
Commander Roy and his Wife are seen conducting the Ceremony one night with their Handmaid, Emily. After the act is completed, Roy stands up and staggers away from the bed, before suffering a fatal heart attack. While his Wife runs out of the room to get help, Emily gets up from the bed, walks over to Roy, and repeatedly kicks him in the testicles.
